Payment and security

The short version: your bank card details are never typed on this site, so they cannot be stolen from it.

The essentials

How your money is handled

Encrypted in transit

Every request to this site travels over TLS. Nobody on the network between your device and us can read or alter what is sent.

Card details bypass us

Your bank card number is entered on the payment provider’s page. Our servers never receive it, so it cannot be stored, leaked or logged by us.

PCI DSS compliant provider

Payments are taken by a provider certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, and it carries the card data obligations.

Strong customer authentication

Where your bank requires 3-D Secure, you will be asked to confirm the payment in your banking app or by one-time code.

Fraud screening

Every transaction is screened before it is accepted. A declined transaction is never charged, and repeated suspicious attempts are blocked.

A record you keep

Each top-up produces an emailed receipt and a reference code, so you have your own evidence of what you paid and when.

What you can pay with

The choice is made on the payment provider’s page, after you confirm the summary here. All charges are in AED.

  • Visa debit and credit cards
  • Mastercard debit and credit cards
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

We do not accept cash, bank transfers or cryptocurrency. Anyone claiming to represent us and asking for payment by those means is not us.

What we store, and what we never see

It is easier to explain by drawing the line in the middle of the transaction.

We store
The transport card number, the amount, the fee, the total, your email address, the reference code, the time, and the outcome of the payment with its provider reference.
We never see
Your bank card number, its expiry date, its security code, your PIN, or your online banking credentials.

This is why we say a top-up is safe to do on a borrowed device: there are no bank card details on this site to be captured in the first place.

Is the transport card number sensitive?

Much less than a bank card number. It identifies a card so that credit can be added to it. It cannot be used to spend the balance — spending requires the physical card at a reader.

That is precisely why topping up someone else’s card works with nothing but the number, and why we can show the digits back to you on screen so you can check them.

The part that is yours

  • Check the card number before you pay. It is the one mistake we cannot always undo.
  • Make sure the address bar shows this site and a padlock before entering anything.
  • Keep your receipt email. The reference code is your proof and your fast track through support.
  • Never send anyone your bank card number, security code or one-time passcode. We will never ask for them.
  • Treat any message demanding an urgent payment “to release your top-up” as fraudulent, and forward it to us.

Reporting something suspicious

If you see a charge you do not recognise, receive a message that claims to be from us and does not feel right, or find a vulnerability in this site, tell us at legal@nolboost.com.

Security reports get an acknowledgement within two business days and an owner on our side. We do not pursue people who report genuine issues responsibly.

If you think your bank card has been compromised, call your bank first. They can stop the card in minutes; we cannot.

Safe enough for a two-second decision

No card details on this site, a flat fee on screen, and a receipt in your inbox.
