Cookie Policy
A short list, because we use few cookies. Most of them exist so the form can submit safely and remember your language.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to keep. On the next request the browser sends it back, which is how a site can recognise that two page views belong to the same visit.
Cookies cannot run programs, read other files on your device or see anything you have not given to the site that set them.
2. How we use them
For three things: keeping your top-up together across the form and the checkout, protecting the form against cross-site request forgery, and remembering which language you chose.
We do not use cookies for advertising, we do not allow third parties to set advertising cookies here, and we do not track you across other websites.

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent because the service cannot work without them. If you block them, the form will not be able to complete a top-up.
3. Analytics
If analytics are ever enabled on this site, they will be introduced with a consent banner, they will be off until you agree, and this policy will list the cookies involved before they are set.
Until then, what we know about traffic comes from ordinary server logs, which are covered by the Privacy Policy rather than by this one.
4. Controlling cookies
Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and block future ones — usually under Settings, then Privacy.
Two consequences worth knowing before you block ours: the language preference will not survive between visits, and a top-up in progress will not be able to reach the payment step, because the session that holds it will not exist.

5. Changes
If we add or remove a cookie, the table above changes and so does the date at the top of this page. A new non-essential cookie will always be introduced with a consent request, never quietly.
